Jose and his team did a great job & painted everything way more efficiently than we even expected. We had them do a warm white on our main floor, stairwell, and upstairs hallways. I appreciate that it was in our budget and great service!
I do think communication could be better. Additionally, they don’t do written contracts. Though this is not typical, I don’t think it’s reason to not hire them.
We paid half the balance once they arrived on the day of painting, and paid the rest once they had finished, that same morning. They accept check or cash.
