I just recently retired and joined F45 St Charles and it has helped me stay active and keep moving. I am loving the workouts and I have felt welcome at every session. Great place thanks Chad!!!

After years of trying and failing to stick to a gym routine, I've finally landed in a place where I truly enjoy coming to work out. I started with a 2 week trial, but I wound up signing up before it was over. The trainers here have made me feel very welcome, the workouts are intense, and I really feel comfortable working out here. In 6 weeks I've already noticed gains in strength and stamina. I play ice hockey, and working out at F45 has tremendously improved my game. I find my skating and overall game has greatly improved with having a stronger core. If you're looking for a place to work out, I highly recommend checking out F45!
