I love our F-45!!! It’s very clean and well organized. The workouts are rarely the same and they go by so fast. The Staff is constantly coaching the clients and the are very professional and attentive!!!!

I just recently retired and joined F45 St Charles and it has helped me stay active and keep moving. I am loving the workouts and I have felt welcome at every session. Great place thanks Chad!!!

It was time for a change in my exercise routine. And F45 is the change I needed. It is fast-paced and challenging. Every time I leave I feel like I can conquer whatever my day brings.
