I have had two experiences here.
The first I was having a hard time getting my pixel 6 pro to charge. Something was wrong with the port. Someone looked at it and quickly realize some debry was stuck in the port. They fixed it in 2 minutes for no charge.
The second time, after I dropped the same phone which was over 4 years old by then. They fixed it with used parts, but the biometric scanner didn't work. They honored their warranty, no issues at all. It took three attempts to repair but now works like it is brand new again.
This place was amazing. They fixed my phone within an hour. They were a 100- 200$$ cheaper than anyone else. My phone was fixed by them a little over a month now and has zero problems. Absolutely recommend this place.
They were very helpful on the phone about the phone I needed a screen replaced in actually talked tome like I as a person instead of something they have to endure during the day and so yeah I gine them fiv estates for the customer service I received from them
