They were very helpful on the phone about the phone I needed a screen replaced in actually talked tome like I as a person instead of something they have to endure during the day and so yeah I gine them fiv estates for the customer service I received from them

I stopped in today with a virus on my wife's laptop. The gentleman that waited on me showed me how to get rid of it, and did it free if charge.They are the friendliest group of guys. Will make this my computer go to store. They recycle all of your old electronics also.
