Based on patient reviews, Dr. Craig Smith is a trusted and respected general surgeon. He explained everything he had to do and why, taking his time to explain all options. Patients felt very comfortable talking to him and appreciated his confidence in diagnosing their conditions. His confidence made patients feel stronger and gave them the courage to follow procedures for their own wellness. Dr. Smith is considered an intelligent physician with a quick mind, known for his expertise. He is prompt in taking care of surgery and even remembered a patient 30 days later. One of the signs of a great MD is a top notch support staff, and Dr. Smith’s staff are beyond precise with prepping. From the first call to schedule, to the warm greeting from the front desk, to the knowledge of the nurse doing intake, the staff are kind, understanding, and dedicated to preparing Dr. Smith with the instrumentation and medical equipment necessary. Dr. Smith is considered the best in his field, and patients know they are in good hands with him.
In quickly. I am impressed by how efficient the time from arrival to departure was. That only happens when there is mutual respect for the patient/provider time and competence. I was treated professionally and quickly but don’t confuse this….. with they rush you in and out. I had ample time to ask questions, assurance that I understood the process/procedure, and to understand situations where less than desirable results may arise. I appreciate an efficiently well oiled machine!
Dr. Craig Smith diagnosed my condition with confidence and was able to discern proper medical treatment with outpatient surgery to be scheduled. His tenure of experience and years of knowledge with performing surgery in the field of benign excessive tissue mass demonstrates he has the ability to resolve such typical skin and bodily deformities. Previous MRI scans and Ultrasound sound scans gave him the confidence in knowing what to plan. One of the signs of a great MD is a top notch support staff. From my first call to schedule, to being on the ball for a scheduling change, to the warm greeting from the front desk, to the knowledge of the nurse (Tina) doing intake, I knew that I was going to like this doctor. I was not wrong. I felt very comfortable talking to Dr. Smith. He explained all options and I know I’m in good hands with him.
