I had an amazing deep tissue massage with therapist Matthew-highly recommend!! I am a migraine sufferer and he really helped work out the tension in my neck and back. He also did a nice Sports Massage at the end with Eastern medicine techniques. He is a compassionate listener and creates a comfortable experience. The studio also feels very welcoming all the time.
I received my first Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage with Cookie Grover in St. Charles! The massage I had was the 60 minute Signature Massage. It was pure bliss. Cookie is exceptional at her craft and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I also chose to use her Infared Biomat which kept my body very warm. After a deep pressure therapeutic massage, Cookie finished with Lymphatic Drainage techniques which moved all the fluid in my body. I enjoyed the light abdominal massage in my belly area. It’s now been 24 hours and I feel lighter, with less bloating and swelling. She has empowered me with exercises to do at home as well. I look forward to experiencing more... read full review
Outstanding massage by Robin. She did a cranial sacral release after I bumped my head and crammed my neck. So much pain relief! Super friendly staff and experienced massage therapists. Relaxing calm environment.
