American Cleaners is a reliable dry cleaning service that provides satisfactory results. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, and they are able to handle even tough stains with care. The business is growing, with multiple locations hiring new employees. Customers appreciate the timely and professional service they receive from American Cleaners.
I dropped off my suit for cleaning and was told to pick it up two days later. When I arrived to pick it up, my suit had tons of long fibers all over the suit and was very wrinkled, as though no pressing had been done.
I pointed this out and was told to come back in two more days, but that was too long. I was then told that it could be available the following day. When I picked it up, it was adequately cleaned and pressed.
The prices were reasonable, so I’d probably use American Cleaners again.
I use this place often and recently had a stain on my suit that I tried two different products on to remove with no success so I gave them a try . Showed them the stain and they removed probably 90% Which was enough for me to be impressed because I got nowhere. It can only be seen if looked at it close which was in an area of my pants that most people don't stare at. Staff is usually pretty nice but how much time do you spend in there.
They did a great job, on time, and as promised. They couldn't do it on site with confidence, so they sent it to another location so my garment could be cleaned and pressed with confidence.
