Amazing experience from phone call to finished product. Jean Ballard answered all my questions, showing me all HER concerns and answering my open mind as taking future care of my significant other. We met in 1978 , moved in together"1992" . never saw her natural hair... Til Jean showed me the why's and what I'm seeing which completely educated me. Jean helped this white man understand what I need to do, thank you very much!!!
