Recently replaced our windows and siding with The Window Source and couldn't be happier with the process and results. Phil, the owner, was fantastic to work with- no high-pressure sales pitch, just straight forward pricing and information. We bought 35 windows and the price was better than any company that we talked to in the area. Installation was incredibly fast- 2 days for windows and 2 days for siding. Our house is not small and the siding was all on the second story with lots of corners and small areas, so the 2 day install was truly impressive. When I saw the salesman truck driving down the highway I called on a whim to see if they would come and do an estimate. They actually came that day! Phil worked with me to make the best possible choice and in the price range I was expecting. I even referred a friend in Kansas City. She was just as impressed and also used that branch of this company When Ralph and JT arrived to do the install they were so nice and considerate and cleaned up after themselves too. And they weren't offended when I cracked the joke about Window Source hiring 'giants'....they both were 6'+ (I am less than 5').
Window Source installed a new patio sliding glass door for us in April 2000. About 1 month ago, we woke up to find the outer pane of one side of the door shattered. There had been a bad storm overnight and something had apparently hit our door breaking it. I called Window Source and they ordered us a replacement panel, which they installed for FREE today under their Lifetime Warranty. It's one thing for a company to give a Lifetime Warranty, but it's another thing for them to actually honor it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Window Source for your window and door needs. I won't use anyone else.
