David was really friendly and I enjoyed hanging out with him as he evaluated my screens, and then again as he installed the new ones several weeks later. We did have some snafus that prevent me from giving a 5-star review.
Initially, I asked for an estimate for both fiberglass and aluminum screens. I was promptly given both, and before David left my house on that estimate day, I told him I wanted aluminum. He told me to call in a few weeks to kind of remind him about the project and see that he is working on it. This seemed odd to me; why does a customer need to remind a business to do a job that he is presently requesting?
We've had Window Dudes out to our business for two projects. They are very quick in responding to our needs/requests, and you'll get a quote to you the same day or one day later. The windows that we replaced are nice quality and the price is competitive. We'll be using them for years to come.
