The store front experience was awesome. Clean and minimalistic store front which made it easier to focus on the task of picking frames. The associates offered a warm, welcoming greeting when we walked in and offered to help if I needed assistance. I chose to browse the frames and when I found some I liked, the associate helped me to make sure the frames fit my eyes properly. Check out was super easy. Can’t wait to receive my glasses! I had them shipped directly to the store! So convenient! Thanks Warby Parker! 🤓

Amazing customer service! I didn’t feel pressured to buy, staff answered all the questions that I had and made the overall experience so much more pleasant than what I was receiving at other places!!
