I appreciate the professionalism demonstrated by each staff member that I came in contact with. The optical tech (not sure of her exact title) initiated my appointment on time, did the initial interview, pressure test, visual screening, and OptMap quickly and efficiently. I’m sorry I cannot remember her name. Dr Mitzi Lewis reviewed all the results with me, examined my eyes very carefully, showed me the OptoMap results along with comparison to last year’s results, and provided advice for maintaining my vision. My entire visit from the front desk sign in, to the exam on high tech machines, to Dr Edward's evaluating my eyes was very efficient, friendly, and I loved that I was remembered and not just a number and that is why I would recommend Vision Clinic in Branson, because they truly care for each patient and their need for eye care!!!
I went to Vision Clinic today. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised.
Warm environment, and friendly worker's.
They all seemed to know, and explained what they were doing.
The doctor was pleasant, and explained my options, clearly.
