Jon is an outstanding massage therapist. What sets him apart from other LMTs is his knowledge of pain science. What he taught me about my pain proved to be even more valuable than any bodywork he could have done for me. I also manage the volunteer program at Harmony House, the domestic violence shelter in Springfield, and Jon has been volunteering to provide massage therapy for our residents bi-weekly for over 6 years! We appreciate Jon's kindness and compassion toward our residents and mission.
Jon is very knowledgeable and informative. He approaches your problem area with an entire body, holistic, and scientific perspective. He advises me on improving my posture, proper exercise techniques and what exercises to avoid to help improve my sore neck and muscle pain.
Jon takes the time to zero in on the cause of the pain and then works to alleviate it. He is very knowledgeable.
