Tierra was awesome in correcting my permanent eyeliner color. My color had faded and had blue undertones. Tierra corrected this and my permanent eyeliner looks fabulous now! I just want to give a big shout out to Tyrone at Universal Beauty Studio + Academy in Springfield. I finally found someone that is going to get rid of My “botched micro bladed eyebrows” after nine years. They are a horrible color and done with “ tattoo ink” ( not what you’re supposed to use) . So Just one session today -I could already tell a difference.. He really knows what he’s doing . And he is so nice and gracious. I felt so comfortable with him. This was my first experience with any type of tattooing process. I saw Tierra for brow enhancement. Tierra was both professional and personable, she listened carefully to my preferences and concerns, she recommended the color to use based on my skin tone and hair color, she followed my instructions and then we reassessed and she modified the shape design after I realized that I really did not want what I thought I wanted. She was kind, compassionate, and patient and did an excellent job. My brows look amazing and I’m so happy I went to Universal Beauty. Highly recommend.
