Just got my keys and in the process of moving in. Nikki and her team have made this process so easy. As a salon (Joni's on the Triangle, Hair Salon) owner I was responsible for it all... All the headache, making sure the bills were paid on time, cleaning up other people's messes...ETC... now there is No triple net lease, no overhead; other than the rent and taking care of your clients (and only having to clean up after myself)! I feel like the weight of the world has been taken off my shoulders and now I can focus on my ministry...HAIR!

Danielle who has her own shop in there she seriously is hands down the absolute best I've ever had!!! She is the only one who has done my nails and they've never broke or anything she is also a ahmaaaazing artist and can literally do anything you show her or tell her what you want!! Not to mention she is the most affordable in the area I promise she will not charge you crazy amounts like most of the nails salons around! Run don't walk to her here I promise you'll thank me later!!!

This lovely little complex is home to the fabulous Stefanie at Variant Salon. Time in her chair is well spent, she’ll leave you looking great! Beautiful reds and vibrant colors. 10/10 would recommend!
