The technician Tyler Smith and the rest of the technical crew did an outstanding job in their attempt to seal off our roof and place traps, to extract squirrel rodents from our premise, and returning several times to monitor the squirrel activity, in order to eradicate the squirrel infestation to our complete satisfaction. I would not be using Terminix if it wasn't for our service technician Sam! The company had overcharged us multiple times after we had paid in full. It happened so often that I had to shut down my credit card and completely rearrange all my accounts associated with it. I'm giving Sam all five stars!!! He is such an excellent service provider. He shows up on time, is friendly and so patient listening to our pest issues, then he sets about quickly to take care of them. Chris always shoots me a text when he's coming a day or so before so we know. He always asks if there is anything in particular that needs to be taken care of as well as he gives me a rundown of whatever he ran into while on the property after he leaves. The communication is great and appreciated. He does excellent work and pays attention to detail. We have had multiple Terminex people come over the years, he's been the best and most attentive.
