Sam’s willingness to accommodate our schedule has been great. He comes in gets the job done and informs me if he has any concerns. He always checks to see if we have any specific concerns before he starts or questions after he is finished. Highly recommend!
The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the technician that handles my services. Sam Deaton is a great representative of the Terminix company! He is extremely professional and very knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to take care of any pest issues we encounter. Sam is great at communication and makes sure that the treatments work around my schedule. He always takes the time to answer any questions we have and gives recommendations on how we can continue keep our home pest free. Sam, was very friendly and helpful. Completed job as quickly as possible. Have used the service for 3 years and have had no issues. Always lets us know when he will be coming by.
