The Terminix representative, Sam, is and has beenfor the past several years, one of the best and most professional people one could ask for. He provides great service and always goes the extra mile to be sure the customer is properly taken care of and happy with his service.
The technician Tyler Smith and the rest of the technical crew did an outstanding job in their attempt to seal off our roof and place traps, to extract squirrel rodents from our premise, and returning several times to monitor the squirrel activity, in order to eradicate the squirrel infestation to our complete satisfaction. I herby want to let you know, that your crew went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service in representing Terminex.
I would not be using Terminix if it wasn't for our service technician Sam!
The company had overcharged us multiple times after we had paid in full. It happened so often that I had to shut down my credit card and completely rearrange all my accounts associated with it.
I'm giving Sam all five stars!!! He is such an excellent service provider. He shows up on time, is friendly and so patient listening to our pest issues, then he sets about quickly to take care of them.
