Love the teachers and staff at this studio! I usually go to the express class on Wednesday nights since it fits with my work schedule! They are always so friendly and inviting! I've been missing them while I've been out of town! I can't wait to go back!

I just want to give a HUGE Thank you Sumit's Yoga for changing my life! I began a yoga journey looking to try something just for 'me' as I am the fearless leader of a wonderful family of 5, to help find an outlet for the stress and anxiety that everyday life in today's wicked world seemed to pile on top of me to the point I couldn't get out from underneath it. With really no expectation of myself or the facility just because I wasn't quite sure what to expect I left my 1st class thinking 'I think I found something that is going to help my mind feel better' and I cannot describe how bad I've wanted that feeling for so long.... read full review

I've promised my wife I'd go to yoga with her for years and finally went. I was less than enthusiastic going into it. Halfway through I changed my mind! It was a great atmosphere and Stephanie was a great teacher who modified some stretches b/c of my lack of flexibility! I hope to attend regularly!
