I had such a wonderful experience at my appointment today. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Dr. Katie made the entire exam process comfortable and easy and she answered all of the questions I had without making me feel rushed.
I had a lot of anxiety going into the appointment, but she truly made it a smooth experience.
Then Dr. Scot helped fit me for my glasses and guided me toward the perfect pair. He was patient, knowledgeable and made me feel confident in my choice.
Such a great team and such a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love Springfield Family Vision. Katie and Scott are a fantastic team. They are always willing to work with you if you need anything quickly. I would highly recommend.
I didn't have an exam there, but did get glasses. Scot was extremely helpful regarding choice of frame, fit, and adjusting. Great selection and this is first time in years that the lens progression seems correct so I don't have to remove glasses to look at phone or books. Highly recommend!
