One customer, who had struggled to find a reliable stylist while traveling for work, discovered Champagne at the Springfield Braiding Company. Champagne's fast and amazing work transformed the customer's hair, which had suffered from significant breakage, leaving it looking brand new and fresh. The customer was impressed by Champagne's professionalism and plans to return before their next move. Another customer, a long-time client of Champale, was pleasantly surprised by the work of a new stylist, DeShawna, who thoroughly washed the customer's scalp, leaving them feeling refreshed and satisfied. Recently, customers shared their positive experiences. One praised their first time having crochet braids, mentioning that although they forgot to bring their own hair, the braider did a great job covering a big bald spot caused by a head injury, despite being 30 minutes late. They plan to return for styles that don’t require wearing a wig or glue application. Another customer praised Champale for fixing a haircut by doing faux locs, which made their hair look like they grew the locs themselves, even with shaved sides. They expressed excitement for future styles. A third customer noted significant hair growth after a visit, appreciating that Champale is gentle and cares about hair health, using tea tree and shea butter to oil the scalp while braiding. They highly recommend her and would definitely go back.
Great experience with my first time having crochet braids. I admit I wasn’t aware I had to bring my own hair, so I did have to run to the hair shop and buy some quickly. Next time I will be better prepared. My braider did a great job with the little she had to work with. My hair is thinning and I have a big bald spot from a head injury, but as you can see she covered it up well. Listen!!!!! Champale did her big one!! I recently decided to chop most of my hair off on the sides so like a tampered cut and instantly regretted it!! When I contacted Champale to see what could she do to fix it, she jumped right to it!! We ended up doing faux locs (I think that’s what it is called) and when I tell you I looked like I grew them damn dreads myself!!! My hair looks sooo amazing! Even with the shaved sides!! I can’t wait to see what she can do next!!
Chámpale was great! I just took down my hair and saw a tremendous amount of growth. She is not heavy handed and cares about the health of your hair. She used tea tree and shea butter to oil my scalp and she was braiding my hair! She was great. Would definitely go back and recommend her to others.
