My dog was really sick yesterday morning and they let me drop her off for the vet to see her. Amanda was absolutely amazing explaining everything to me. I moved from Florida in March and I am so thrilled with the vet care that we are receiving here. I highly recommend spring valley veterinary hospital.

I called yesterday without an appointment for an emergency type situation and they got me booked! They were very honest and nice about the situation of needing to put my cat to sleep. Since his quality of life was not very high. They were respectful on how much time I needed with him to say goodbye and offered me to stay. When I couldn’t stay with him they did not judge me on crying so much and they made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this place and will use them in the future!

Amy and all of the staff at Springvalley west went above and beyond to take great care of tucker and myself when we really needed help.These great ladies treated me a total stranger like a family member.
