Apparently, our cat licked the flea treatment off of our large breed dog. We were headed out the door to take our twins to St. Louis for medical reasons when we found Spike seizing. I rushed him to the closest vet, which happened to be Spring Valley. The vet rushed him back within seconds and the techs were equally dedicated to moving as fast as possible. Our cat, who is an ESA for our son who is on the spectrum, is a very important part of our family. My son would have been devastated if Spike didn't make it. Hands down the best vet experience I’ve ever had. Went in with a cat sick from an infected bite on his leg. They got me in within 15 minutes of calling them. They were were so gentle and extra kind with him. Didn’t even mention money until they had him all sorted. Great staff, comfortable waiting room, kind doctor. 10/10
These ladies are absolutely amazing. They are so professional and kind and helpful with any questions I had. They took good care of my lil bebe and offered a follow up for the next day to make sure he was still doing ok. They also sent me home with all kinds of goodies for my kitty to ensure he stays well fed and hydrated through the winter storm. Will definitely be making this place my go to for any vet care needs from now on. Cannot recommend them enough 😊
