Spring Valley has some amazing staff! My dog had a cut on his leg, and I called them to see if it was an emergency. They gave me a number to send a photo to and had a vet tech look it over and gave advice over the phone. When we went in the next week for a check in on it, they were so caring and provided me with 3 treatment plans to support my dog and my budget. We are so thankful for a vey nearby that cares for our dog like family.
I am very impressed with the level of service and care my dog and I receive here. She is not the greatest patient, but they handle her very well. You can tell the staff are passionate about what they do.
