I have been feeling terribly sick with some kind of stomach bug this week and a session in the infrared sauna at Spring Massage was recommended to me and I feel so much better after 30 minutes sweating it out! The spot is so luxurious and beautiful with so much attention to detail in the aesthetic. I can't wait to schedule a massage and return to the lovely location and enjoy another cute cup of build-your-own tea!

Wow! What an incredible experience visiting Spring Massage for the first time! The infrared sauna treatment made me feel INCREDIBLE! The temperature gets to 140 and they had chilled towels and water and cozy robes and towels. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The self-serve tea bar was so inviting too! Premium teas and fruit so you can end your relaxation session with a customized tea bag! I loved all the tea supplies and little gifts for sale in the lobby as well. They even send you out the door with a chocolate ?

My dad was visiting from out of state and wanted to get a massage. Being 80 and having chronic pain from multiple prior injuries, he just wanted some relief. After having his massage, he was in the best, most calm mood I’ve seen him in months. He loved the friendliness, cleanliness, and professionalism at Spring Massage & Wellness. He now says that he will go back for a massage whenever he’s in town.
