The first time I went I could not have asked for more. She truly strived for perfection.I went back a second time and expected the same but was a little disappointed.If I go back I know who strives for perfection and who doesn't...... For 75$ I expected someone to care and give full attention to the service they are providing.
Usually a really good place to get my nails done and they do a great job but the last time I went the sides were not filled all the way and up to my cuticle was not filled so literally two days later I had to go get a refill or what you would call a fill and I still got charged the full amount at $25 even though it was their mess up
They did a pretty good job painting my nails, but they missed the sides of them. Some things I noticed was that no one wore gloves, the clippers didn't seem like they had been sanitized before she used them on my fingers, and they were very abrupt in communicating.
