I’ve been driving for 12 years and this is hands down the best OTR company I’ve worked for they know you as an individual and work with you as a teammate that’s everyone from the top to the bottom the GM Dave has gone above and beyond to help me out even on my last day of employment when something went wrong with me getting a rental car he stepped up to help ( I left for personal reasons it has nothing to do with Rapid if I ever go OTR again I’ll be going back to Rapid Response) their equipment is top the line the shop is awesome, they get you home when you want they are a wonderful company!
