Been waiting a month now for my taxes he turned them in and got sent back to him and we got into it a little on the phone and he hung up on me and hasn’t reached out and I called him again and no answer so obviously very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do business

Ignorant and unwilling to admit he doesn't know what he is doing. He acts and talks like he invented the process. I had two other businesses check his work and their outcome was identical to each other and the opposite of what this place did.
