Prime Inc. is a trucking company with a large terminal that serves as a hub for drivers. The terminal features a Plaza Building with various amenities for drivers, including inspection services, refueling, driver logs, a permit department, a driver lineup, and a training room.
The lower level houses the Driver Training department, a TWIC office, and a conference room. The second floor provides restrooms, laundry facilities, and showers. While some drivers have praised the terminal's facilities and the professionalism of the staff, others have noted long wait times for entry and exit. Complaints have also been made about the cleanliness of restrooms and less than helpful security personnel. However, many drivers appreciate the family environment at Prime Inc., and some have built trust with the staff over the years. Drivers often share helpful tips with one another, enhancing the sense of community within the terminal.
Great place they treat drivers like. Their own employees . Clean, spacious, secure, and easy to get in and out. The employees are friendly, helpful, and professional, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend this place to other truck drivers!

I asked first if I can change my Dispatcher I was denied and then finally when I called to put in my two weeks notice I basically got a dry OK so I don’t think Prime is family oriented anymore. Every time I will go… read full review
Today, I decided to write a review after receiving a batch of trailers I purchased from Gavin without even inspecting them first. I'm really pleased with the deal; after many years, he has earned my trust.
