We have been in the laundry business for almost 13 years and love it! But, there are those rare days when I find myself scratching my head about a machine issue. Tara is typically the first person I call. She knows more about most laundry equipment than the customer support department at the manufacturer. If she doesn't know I call "Superman" (Kevin) and boom the problem is solved. Superman is so good I once called and held the phone up to the machine so he could hear the noise it was making. Performance Laundry Equipment is where it’s at! Love their products but really appreciate their customer service!! We been in business since 1999 and have dealt with other companies, Kevin & Tara are the best!
I bought a washer & dryer from Missouri Furniture (never buy there!) & I paid to have it installed. Well the guys from Missouri furniture set it up incorrectly so my dryer stopped working 11 DAYS into having it. Remind you, it's a brand new dryer. Well Performance Laundry sent a technician to get it working temporarily till the right part came in. So today they sent another tech I hook it all up correctly but I needed to call Missouri furniture to get a new cord from them so it didn't short out & stop working.
