Mitch W. HVAC Sales Manager - was wonderful to work with. He came out to work on an insurance claim, and during the process discovered a problem with our heater that was causing it to not work properly. Mitch was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive to calls and questions. I would recommend Mitch to anyone that has a HVAC need.

We had our roof replaced through Ohm Restoration and they made the process easy. Admittedly I was hesitant to work with the young man knocking on our door, but it turn out to be the best decision. He was kind, considerate, and took the time to explain things clearly and simply. When it time to deal with the insurance, Josh was available and easy to work with. The insurance adjuster complimented Josh on his organization and documentation. This made the process easy for me, eliminating my anxiety around the entire situation.
