I've been to three different dental clinics since I moved to Springfield, and I highly recommend Northside Dental Clinic. If they take your insurance, they will bill them directly before they ask you for any money upfront. After your initial exam, they will give you an itemized treatment plan, outlining what your insurance covers, and what amount, if any, you will have to pay out of pocket. I really like the fact that this company is honest with you and doesn't try to gouge you for more money!

Couldn't recommend this place enough, especially for newbies and people with dentist anxiety. You will feel welcome here. Your experience will be prioritized. Dr. Grishin works hard to ensure his patients are informed and kept as comfortable as possible, and his staff are knowledgeable and dedicated. I laugh many times during my appointments here. And for my trans friends, you are welcome and respected within these walls.

Tiffany read my previous review and contacted me immediately to check on me. I informed her that I hadn’t contacted their office as my symptoms seemed to come and go with ice and ibuprofen but what seemed to finally eliminate the symptoms was a facial massage to the affected area. Thanks for calling to check on me!
