After awful experiences at many different dental offices in Springfield, I finally switched insurance and found Northside Dental. My first visit was all I have hoped for -- very clear plan was presented to me with a fully transparent billing process. I was so happy to hear that my insurance covers 100% of what I need with zero copay. Reviews on yelp for this business are very negative ... several folks have mentioned poorly fitting dentures among other issues. Hopefully this has been addressed with the hiring of 'Tammy', a 14 year dental assistant who has fitted me for partials many times over the years. Perfect fit every time - thanks Tammy.
