I worked with Ivan for over a year. Had nothing poor to say about him, or his business the entire time. Last winter he had us work an hour from home, and when it came time to pay his bill, Ivan said he couldn't. Apparently when Ivan has issues with his customers, Ivan doesn't pay his sub contractors. There was nothing wrong with the work, or any issues other than Ivan just said Ivan won't pay his bills. When i pressed him about paying, he told me he owes 10's of thousands to sub contractors, basically telling me my check was not a priority for him.Wrote this once before and he threatened me with a lawsuit if I didn't take it down.
