She took her time, she is knowledgeable, she is transparent, she provided an in person post inspection report and then emailed a post inspection report for us to refer to moving forward. Additionally, she gave us more confidence and peace of mind considering that purchasing a home is going to be one of the biggest investments of our lives.

Brace Bean was knowledgeable respectful and perhaps above all safety oriented towards a large investment. the Integrity of this company is incredibly High.
