Unfortunately, I had to use their services twice in 2 months. Missy was fabulous and very accommodating. Was even willing to help my Mom separate my Dad's ashes over a year later for some jewelry. Will definitely use them again whenever the occasion arises. Thank you!
I would like to start out with, the passing of my grandmother was the hardest one I was faced with. And I would love to thank Missy, she picked up the phone whenever my family or I called. No matter silly and or hard questions. We walked into the facility, it was absolutely beautiful! It don’t look like a typical crematory or funeral home. It felt much like a place of healing. When my family and I walked in not knowing much about cremation. But Missy, explained everything so clearly and thoroughly. She was so patient with us, and upon our first meeting. She was able to listen and care for our needs for my grandmother, when it was time for her viewing. I’m not quite sure, if they do this for everyone. But she made sure my grandmothers hair was beautifully wash, brushed and styled. It honestly was a peaceful, “last viewing.” Missy treated us like family, and not a business transaction. I can honestly say my family was stressed, but with Missy being so patient. It helped us eliminate the stress we were feeling. I would highly recommend you guys, to anyone and everyone who is unsure of cremation! You guys made us feel more than business, you made us feel heard, seen and listened too. Thank you so much!❤️
Jessa and Missy are wonderful, kind, compassionate ladies. They went above and beyond with our mom. They allowed us time to see her, kept us up to date with communication and they were beyond kind. Death is never a pleasant event, but dealing with them made it a bit easier. Thank you so much for all your hard work!
