Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services are so wonderful to work with. The intake director answered all of our questions, was so down to earth, patient and really helped explain what to expect with the cremation of my father. She helped guide my mom on necessary steps to file for death certificates and the social security process. Jenna helped add very beautiful and personal touches to his obituary that really touched our hearts. If we requested any edits to our own submissions in the memories we shared , she kindly and quickly made the adjustments. She even sent me an email saying she would work with us anyway she could. They have been so easy to work with and are very professional.
I especially appreciate them for not trying to pressure add-ons and upgrades. They give you options but no pressure. Their knowledge and assistance with the funeral/cremation process helped us out considerably.
They are also affordable.
