CODY LEWIS at MHC Kenworth in Springfield has made me a lifelong customer hear me out. I've been looking for a particular truck they happen to have I found online. I live in northern Indiana everyone knows how it is truck shopping and going into something blind over 7 hours away it takes time it takes money. I was sent extensive videos of the Outside Inside along with truck running. Nice clean unit so I got my finances in order we agreed on a price. They told me they wanted to bring it into the shop and check it out before i made the trip. Truckers, this location DOES ? NOT have room to park your trailer. You will have to make arrangements to drop it off somewhere else first. It iS open 24-7 though, and you can stay in the driver's lounge if you don't want to fool with going to a hotel. If you DO want to go to a hotel, I saw plenty in the area not far from the shop. There's a convenience store right next door to it also. The man in service that checked me in was super nice and helpful and explained that I was welcome to wait in the lounge. He looked at the video that I took of the coolant leaking from my truck and told me right away that it would not be a long drawn-out repair and wouldn't... read full review
