My whole interaction with Merrill Lynch has been pleasant, professional, and enjoyable. I was dealing with a very complicated transaction involving multiple accounts and individuals. Sue made the experience easily understandable. She is knowledgeable with technical aspects and yet able to explain everything to an inexperienced investor like me. It's was nice to get such great customer service. What could have been a stressful time ended up being a pleasant experience.
