treated my grandma horribly,she was blind and the treated her like she was dumb and deaf,put a terminally sick person with other people causing her to get other sickness on top of stage 4 lung cancer!they knew the day she was there she was sick and dying,nurses and doctors tip toed around us the whole time telling us nothing the cancer doctor said she would like to personally reach out and apologize to our family and we never heard a word. went into the doctor the 7th and died the 15th she never came back home. i know there’s no cure to cancer but we deserved the truth and honesty and my grandma to be treated like a human.
My 87 year old mother was sent to a rehab facility 24 hours after hip surgery with no orders for pain meds. They did not give us any discharge paperwork. This is gross negligence.
this hospital killed my father and doesn't even have the decency to apologize or own the mistake. if you like being alive, I'd say find a better hospital
