I took my daughter in because her hair was a disaster and they were so good with her and did exactly what she wanted them to do they made her hair look extremely beautiful

To say I had a bad experience is an understatement. I scheduled an appointment to get my hair professionally dyed for my birthday, for the first time ever. I wanted my hair one color, burgundy. She dyed my hair and knew it wasn't the color I wanted so she then bleached the ends only and then dyed it again. I now have purple, red, brown, and brown hair. I was there for 4 hours, spent almost $200, had my hair dyed 3 times, and she had 4 other clients during my appointment that started 30 minutes late. I'm beyond disappointed that not only did my hair turn out all different colors but it's also very damaged. I had "virgin hair" and it's ruined. Now I must spend another $200 to have it fixed. She did offer touch ups, but she'll never lay a hand on my hair again. I'm embarrassed to even look in the mirror at my hair. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. The photos are of what I wanted vs. what I got.
