Lilly's Floral offers beautiful arrangements with attention to detail and quality of flowers. Customers praise the amazing customer service and pleasant, helpful. Even when delivery delays happen, the delivery guy remains kind and offers next‑day delivery at no extra cost. The delivery guy keeps clients informed, and the final flowers are always beautiful. A last‑minute custom piece is made perfectly, and many highly recommend the shop.
I placed an order over the phone with Amanda and she was very pleasant and helpful. Later, when it became apparent that the flowers weren't able to be delivered that day due to incorrect information from me and the hospital, she was even more kind when she assured me that they would be delivered the next day at no additional charge. I also appreciated the delivery guy, Mike, letting me know that he hadn't been able to deliver them and why. As a bonus, and maybe most important of all, the flower arrangement was beautiful.
