I am very pleased with the technician that check out my heating system. Reid was very polite and efficient in his work. It would be great if you send him the next time I need service.

JC came out on a Saturday morning and arrived during the timeslot given. He was very personable and very courteous. He analyzed our problem and got us up and going within 30 minutes. He is a definite asset to your company. And he showed us pictures of his daughters and they are beautiful. And I won't be miserable on a day that is supposed to be 90 degrees and for that my family is grateful. I hate the heat.

While spending the summer in CO we learned our ground source heat pump was not working so I immediately called Krueger to set up service. They were not only extremely easy to work with, but also showed genuine concern for our problem and were happy to come at a time convenient for my neighbor to be there. They kept me informed about arrival time, what to do before his arrival and then he called me from the house to go over what he found. I needed a new thermostat and after discussing the pros and cons of what was available, they did not try to up sell me on one that was more sophisticated than what I needed.
