Imagine my surprise when i picked up my laptop and the charge was half the quoted. Ken didnt need to re-install windows 11. He didn't have to tell me that, he could have just as easily charged me but he didnt. He is very honest and I feel like not only does he do a great job but i can trust him. Trust is everything to me. Thanks Ken. Whenever I get a chance I refer friends to you.
