Took my 16 year old in to get a septum piercing. Shane was super cool & explained everything thoroughly. Process was quick and painless. Very happy with customer service from walking in to leaving. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!!

Kaleidoscope has been part of my life since the 90s. It's just a fun place to shop. They recently purchased some of my prints and hung it as decor. A very humbling and cyclical revolution in my life. ?

Very fun store with interesting merchandise and great staff. I've seen every piercer here at least once, and they are so very good at what they do. Which is why they tend to be busy, and sometimes there's a bit of a wait. But the staff is good about giving realistic expectations about that wait, and between the two levels of the store, there's plenty of cool merchandise to keep you entertained. Nothing you really need, but plenty you're going to want. I've never had a bad experience here, and intend to continue coming back regularly.
