I’m so thankful for Integrity Home Health and Hospice! My husband had the very best care after he needed a little help extra help after open heart surgery. His home health care team were amazing at meeting his needs and they were very knowledgeable of what he required. We loved his nurse and team! Thank you Integrity!

Poor experience.The first nurse we encountered was rude to the care worker we had at the house from another agency and made us all uncomfortable with how she attacked the care worker for asking questions saying "look I just got her right before you did, I don't know anything more than you do you'll just have to wait I still have a lot of paper work to get through".I felt my father and his family were not always treated respectfully. My father told me he felt he was treated like a baby. They used terms like "sweetie" "honey" when addressing a grown man, an elder. They also spoke to him with tones like he was a sick puppy or baby. My brother is a client with Integrity, and while most staff members were nice enough, some were down right rude. The staff in general was not knowledgeable of what other staff was doing/had done. One staff would call/message saying one thing then 10 mins later a different staff would call saying something totally opposite. I often asked for help with my brother that seemed to fall upon deaf ears. When it was too much for me to handle, I asked for help with placement in a nursing facility.
