Holy moly! Our cat is a handful for strangers but the second the nurse opened the kennel she was a total HAM! They have a cat-calming scent machine in the facility and I am telling you cat owners, this is the place for your baby. They are gentle, honest with pricing, and above all attentive to all aspects of my fur baby. If you're still unsure of a cat after reading this, I assure you, you shouldn't be. This is THE place. 🩷
From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much the entire team genuinely cares about both pets and their people. Dr. Seal is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Jenny O is just as amazing - so kind and always goes the extra mile to make visits feel calm and reassuring.
I’ve brought my dog in twice now, first for treatment and second for a regular check up. My dog struggles with separation anxiety, but the staff helps keep her so calm and comfortable. Jenny O is especially helpful, making sure my dog feels as calm as possible while being so patient with her. Dr. Carol and Dr. Charmichael I believe are the two doctors who’ve treated Rosie so far, and they’re both kind, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to explain anything I need to know.
