“When my parents decided it was a good idea to start receiving some help at home, together we interviewed several companies and easily settled on Veritas. We based our judgement on the interview with not only Amy, the owner of the company, but also one with the recommended care giver. This was the only company that allowed us to interview the actual care giver. It was an easy choice based upon that second interview.Since that day we have seen some declining health. Amy answered her phone no matter when I called. She helped us with a plan to prep my parents to accept the extra hours. Soon after we increased the number of days and hours such that we now have 2 care givers. They are both kind, respectful, generous and thoughtful. They offer companionship,house cleaning, a watchful eye on medicines, and even meal preparations. Eventually we will need nursing care and we hope to stay with Veritas for that as well. Yes they are a medical staffing agency and that comes with the headaches associated with it. But the office works hard 24/7 to get their staff shifts and make sure people are taken care of. 100% recommend them.“
