I really can’t say enough good about my experience with Jeremy. Believe it was Tiffany at the front desk also great. Definition of a hands on owner. Tough dent for him I can imagine. Bad spot. Made it disappear. Above that,, the guy came out himself and helped me , or should I say ( took my tailgate off himself basically) connectors and wiring stuff on these new trucks. He is a ( do it ) person. I love that. Work quality A+. Pricing was extremely reasonable for what he did. A+. Customer service A+. They were quick to get us in, incredibly friendly, and did excellent work. Multiple places said this dent likely wouldn't come out without traditional bodywork, but H&M were able to fix it like new!
Could not be any happier with HM Dent!!!! I just bought a brand new truck and immediately put a dent in it just under the back glass. I have never used a paintless dent repair company before so I went to three highly reviewed companies in Springfield before going to HM Dent to get opinions and quotes. Two of the companies said sorry it can’t be glue pulled so we can’t help you. And the other said it would be over 1k to fix it. Then when I went to HM Dent Jermey came right out to inspect it and said no problem bring it in and give me a couple hours and it will be good as new. So I called on Monday morning they got me in Tuesday morning and had my truck back by lunch....read full review
