I had permanent eyeliner done by Ragena and she was amazing!I highly recommend her. She was very nice and her salon was spotless. She made sure it didn't hurt ar all. Reasonable prices so I am getting my eyebrows and lips done too. 6 STARS FOR RAGENA!
Linda is amazing with color and both times I have had her do my hair it has been a great experience. She’s fun, sweet, easy to just hang with and most importantly Great at hair. Thanks Linda, you Rock!!!
