When signing up at GP you don’t just sign up for a membership.. you become part of a great family too!! ;) This is the BEST gym I’ve ever experienced. Spencer and all of his staff care very deeply about their members and the community! There is new gym equipment steadily added, a sauna, and a tanning bed too! 24/7 access with a membership too!! I highly recommend this gym to everyone!!

spencer is not just an incredible trainer, but also an incredible friend. gp athletics gym is so welcoming and you still get a great workout in. spencer has helped me with my wrestling and through a lot of things. 100 times out of 100 i would recommend this place !

Easily the best gym I've ever been to. The environment is so friendly, laid back, I'm greeted every time I walk in the door. The staff are so knowledgeable and eager to help with questions or suggestions like if you have a minor injury and need to modify workouts and aren't sure how, they are happy to help and demonstrate new movements.
