GigSalad is a very easy portal to use. Shared Corporate Event details and within days several quotes were received to compare. The booking able confirm quickly and confidently with the information provided. Hire Santa was a BIG success; the kids were over the moon, excited to see him and had a GREAT time. A mermaid loved a 5 yr old granddaughter. The granddaughter was so surprised and still talking about her mermaid friend. An Elvis Tribute Show gave out scarves and teddy bears, had great singing voice, own sound system, backdrop frame and velvety red curtain for a truly Vegas theme. A sax made an 80th birthday party a fantastic success, a pleasure to work with. Worth every penny and helping crush goals.
Using the web site to schedule my event was easy as they led me through the process. I gave them only four stars, because they did not explain upfront how it would be paid for. Of course we all have to pay which is done at the end when the event is booked. An explanation upfront would allow complete the process quicker.
We have used GigSalad to help connect with vendors and entertainers for various events and enrichment opportunities, and we have had several positive experiences through the platform. We have found it to be a helpful resource for discovering professional vendors, communicating easily, and bringing fun, engaging experiences to our program and families.
Very easy to communicate with the musicians. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and they were very helpful with the choice of music. Payment was secure and I like the fact that I could cancel should something arise with penalty. Highly recommended!
