We had our septic serviced today by Steve & Julie the owners of German Septic Tank. Julie scheduled our service appointment and updated us the day before our service would be completed. She was very polite and professional. They arrived on our property promptly and went straight to work. Steve helped explain the inner working of our septic and how the system works since this is our first time having a septic system. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism they provided all while charging a competitive rate for the service rendered. We will be using German Septic for decades to come and highly recommend them to anyone in need of septic services. They have a 2,000 gal truck that they used today since we only have a 1,000gl tank however, they also have a much larger 4,000gl truck that can handle any size septic job.

Simply the BEST. I live on a flood plane and it's embarrassing how often my septic tank gets backed up. Every time I've had trouble this company has been here fast to help save the day. I called to have our septic system pumped and German Septic was out that day! After tracking down our ancient buried septic tank, Nathan advised getting the system up to code so it would be easier to maintain (and no digging in our yard). We opted to locate the manhole ourselves. A few days later, he came back out and was able to pump our very overdue septic and get everything up to code with a riser, all within an hour or so. Answered all my questions and explained everything very well. We will 100% use this company for all of our septic needs in the future!Service: Septic system installation
